ICAMA of the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs publicized the information of the 6th batch of pesticide registrations of 2025, including intended grant of registration of the indaziflam 96% TC (for only export only Cambodia) filed by Liaoning Cynda Agricultural Science Co., Ltd, which will be the first registration of the product in China if the full registration is officially granted. 

Indaziflam is a novel triazine herbicide developed by Bayer. In 2010, indaziflam was granted registration in the United States for the first time, followed by grant of registration and market release in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines. Its global sale reached US$82 million in 2019; the compound annual growth rate was 5.1% in 2014-2019; Bayer predicted its peak sale to reach US$220 million, which is very promising.
